The paramount importance of having an Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy is to frame some guidelines in accordance with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, and discourage such activities which it hampers the dignity of a women. The Act makes it mandatory for employers to have such policy and spread its awareness in their organizations. A good Anti Sexual Harassment Policy and its implementation discourages, prohibits and redress such activities and provides females a healthy work environment in their organizations.
