Firstly, you must get scanned the papers and save those scanned documents in PDF format. You must ensure that the size of scanned PDF document is within the requirements provided by MCA. The scanned documents can be uploaded in the e-form on the MCA portal. E-forms can be signed by digital signatures and also required to pay the applicable fee. Once the documents are filed successfully, an acknowledgement will be provided through e-mail or any other means. One must ensure the data provided for filing these documents shall be proper, correct and accurate.
